Chill vibes with some bumps

Had a decent stay for 2 nights. The hot tub was a highlight, especially since no kids were allowed after 10pm. Breakfast was alright, could've used more options, like sausage in the gravy! But we had issues with a leaky ceiling in our room, which was not cool.

We enjoyed our 7-night family stay. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. However, the room had issues with insufficient window coverings, leading to early morning wake-ups. Consider bringing a sleep mask for a better night’s rest.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the spacious room equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave. The breakfast spread was delightful, featuring items like omelettes and those infamous Cinnabon rolls. The pool area was family-friendly, making it a great choice for groups looking to unwind and enjoy time together.

Family with children’s solid choice

The young lady at the front desk was very sweet she made us feel welcomed from the start. The hot tub was nice, I appreciate that they don’t allow kids after 10pm, let me unwind a bit.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was acceptable for the overall experience.

Had a great stay here and really appreciated the spacious room with a roll-in shower, which made everything easy for us. The indoor pool was perfect for relaxing, and we also enjoyed using the jacuzzi after a long day. One little downside was the housekeeper who wasn't very friendly when I requested extra towels, but it didn’t dampen our overall experience. 😄

Had a great time with friends! Enjoyed visiting Wild Mountain Waterpark and exploring the local scenery. The complimentary breakfast was solid with tons of options to fill us up before heading out for the day. The staff were super friendly, making check-in a breeze. Plus, the hot tub was a nice treat after our adventures.

One downside was that our beds weren’t made during our stay, which was a bit disappointing since everything else was nice.

This place suits me perfectly! The free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and indoor pool make my stays enjoyable. The staff helped me with printing on my first visit, and I'm always grateful. I'm coming back for a city break.
